Disclaimer: This a School Assignment and was used to simulate working in a large development group.
The Assignment Description:
We are task to make an educational game for DID Student in Singapore Polytechnic to help them learn Heavy text-based content easier.  For this assignment, we use design thinking to help produce an education game.
Overview:
Innoteria is a 3D isometric Interior Designer Simulator (Mainly on Interior design Practice) aim to help those who are studying in Singapore Polytechnic. The Game is design to include Interior design content and lecturers be able to add in their own personal experience as playable scenario.

We have two audience to interview both student and the lecturer

Student Interview:
The Student were generally unhappy with the teaching of the course. Generally, the complains were about content being text heavy making the topic dry and difficult to learn. Student also complained about the amount of stuff the have to learn.

Lecturer Interview:
The Lecture also do agree that the topic is dry but the topic is focus on the business of interior Design. Most of the lecturer use their personal experience to break the constant barrage of text
Step #2: Brainstorming for ideas
As the producer, I gather a the leads to brainstorm fo ideas while keeping of the needs of both student and lecturer.
Step #3: Production for Prototype
During this Stage as producer, I  set up schedule for each of the leads of what needs to done and by when. Using Both Online and Physical Task Tracking.
